If the Privé rate is higher than the standard rate at Hyatt, we will let you know so you can consider your options. There are occasional promotional periods where Privé rates can actually be cheaper than the publicly available rates. So, definitely check with us before you do any cash bookings!

All bookings are made through a secure platform (by Fora Travel Inc.), and payments go directly to the hotel — just like they would if you booked on Hyatt.com. We’ll handle the booking process for you, confirm availability of Hyatt Privé perks, and ensure your reservation is eligible for all the added benefits.

There are no service fees for using our help, and you’ll receive a copy of your confirmation directly from Hyatt.

Absolutely! Hyatt Privé bookings are made directly through Hyatt, so you’ll earn full points, credits, and enjoy elite benefits just like any direct booking. Once we make the booking, the reservation will appear in your World of Hyatt account as if you had done the booking yourself. You'll be able to modify and even cancel the reservation without having to go through us.

We earn a standard commission from Hyatt when we book your stay through the Hyatt Privé program—just like any travel advisors. That commission is already built into the hotel’s flexible rate, so you're not paying anything extra by working with us.

In return, you get access to exclusive perks and personalized support—at no additional cost. It’s the same rate you’d find on Hyatt.com, but with better value and a better experience.

Most Park Hyatt, Andaz, Miraval, and Thompson properties have no minimum-night requirement—you can enjoy Privé perks with just a 1‑night stay. However, some other Hyatt brands do have a minimum stay rule:

• Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Centric, Alila, Destination, JdV by Hyatt, and The Unbound Collection typically require at least 2 nights to qualify

• Properties under Destination Residences, Hyatt Ziva, and Zilara usually require 3–4 nights, while AMR resorts often start at 4 nights.

Not at all! You just need a free account set up with World of Hyatt. You’ll receive elevated treatment through Hyatt Privé perks regardless of your World of Hyatt status—though elite members may receive even more.

Absolutely! After we book your stay, the reservation will show up in your World of Hyatt account. Once the reservation is in your account, you'll be able to contact World of Hyatt to apply a SUA (Suite Upgrade Award) if a standard suite is available or a GoH (Guest of Honor) certificate just like you would with a normal reservation booked directly with Hyatt.

Yes! Even as a Globalist, Hyatt Privé can enhance your stay. The $100 property credit and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant will stack with your elite benefits. As a Globalist booking Privé rates for my stays, I've come to really enjoy being able to have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and not being restricted to only breakfast at the lounge.
